mark is a groovin ass dj from chicago who moved to san fran to get into the dj scene there many years ago. he has the most groovin hip hop, funk, and r&b drum beats that can move the floor, a bass that is subsonic and moves from jazz to funk to dub, and horn/keyboard/vocal samples (mostly from jazz). with those elements he blends one non-stop mix on the mushroom jazz series. if u r a fan of funk, hip hop, acid jazz, or anything groovin, he's got the vibe for u. signed to OM records he tours the world playing his "thing". it took me a bit to get used to the simplicity of his style, but he can play if he was at your party.
